Systematic Review : Efektivitas Ekstrak Daun Kirinyuh (Chromolaena Odorata L.) Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Studi In Vivo Dan In Vitro

Abstract


Luka merupakan kondisi dimana terjadi kerusakan jaringan akibat terputusnya kontinuitas jaringan. Tinggi nya insidensi luka menyebabkan perlunya ditemukan penatalaksanaan luka yang efektif dan efisien. Saat ini, beberapa penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekstrak Chromolaena odorata atau Kirinyuh berpotensi berperan dalam penyembuhan luka. Systematic Review ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan publikasi mengenai efektivitas ekstrak daun kirinyuh (C. odorata L.) terhadap penyembuhan luka studi in vivo dan in vitro demi keperluan potensi penggunaannya di masa depan sebagai pengobatan herbal dalam perawatan luka. Systematic Review dengan melakukan pencarian literatur yang membahas mengenai C.odorata dalam penyembuhan luka melalui PubMed dan Google Scholar. Pencarian literatur dilakukan menggunakan metode PRISMA-P 2015 dan dilakukan eliminasi jurnal menggunakan JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist. Terdapat 7 jurnal dalam kategori baik yang menyimpulkan bahwa C.odorata berkontribusi dalam proses penyembuhan luka melalui berbagai mekanisme yang mempengaruhi fase penyembuhan luka. Chromolaena odorata berpotensi efektif mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan luka hewan coba pada studi in vitro dan in vivo.
