KORELASI ASUPAN VITAMIN E DENGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS KALIWIRO TAHUN 2019
Abstract
Anemia dalam kehamilan adalah kondisi ibu dengan kadar Hb <11g %. Anemia terjadi pada hampir separuh ibu hamil. Salah satu etiologi anemia adalah defisiensi mikronutrisi, yaitu vitamin E. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi antara asupan vitamin E dengan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kaliwiro tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 36 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui simple random sampling dan memenuhi kriteria. Data dianalisis dengan uji univariat dan uji bivariat (Spearman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil dengan anemia sebanyak 12 orang (33,33%) dan ibu hamil dengan asupan vitamin E kurang sebanyak 19 orang (52,8%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat korelasi asupan vitamin E dengan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kaliwiro tahun 2019 (p=0,25).
