Hubungan Kadar Neutrofil dan Troponin I dengan Kematian pada Pasien Sindroma Koroner Akut (NSTEMI) Selama Masa Rawat Inap di RS XY Periode Oktober 2015 – Desember 2016
Abstract
Sindrom Koroner Akut (SKA) merupakan salah satu penyakit pembunuh utama yang ada di dunia. Troponin I merupakan salah satu pemeriksan baku standart yang digunakan sebagai alat diagnosa pasien SKA khususnya NSTEMI. Paradigma baru penyakit SKA sebagai penyakit inflamasi merupakan dasar dilakukannya pemeriksaan neutrofil dalam membantu mendiagnosis serta memprediksi terjadinya keadaan akhir yang buruk pada pasien SKA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kadar neutrofil dan troponin I dengan kematian pada pasien NSTEMI selama rawat inap di RS XY periode Oktober 2015-Desember 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan menggunakan desain cohort retrospektif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 72 data rekam medis pasien rawat inap yang diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Uji statistik bivariat yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah uji statistik chi-square. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapatnya hubungan antara peningkatan kadar neutrofil dengan kematian dengan nilai p=0,002. Variabel troponin I menunjukan hasil lain yaitu tidak terdapatnya hubungan variabel tersebut dengan kematian dengan nilai p=0,286 pada pasien rawat inap RS XY periode Oktober 2015- Desember 2016. Kesimpulan, terdapat hubungan antara kadar neutrofil dengan kematian pasien selama masa rawat inap.
