HORMON ESTROGEN PADA KONDISI INPARTU
Abstract
Pada proses persalinan, terjadi penurunan hormon progesteron dan diduga esterogen berperan dalam proses inisiasi persalinan. Dugaan estrogen terlibat dalam proses tersebut masih kontroversi. Pada penelitian ini kadar estrogen antara kelompok ibu yang menjalani proses persalinan dengan ibu hamil tidak inpartu tidak ada perbedaan bermakna (p = 0,193). Perlu penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang paling berperan dalam proses persalinan.
