Abstract


The Based on Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles, to create certainty of Land Law, the Government held land registration. The land that has been registered is then provided with proof of land rights, which is a strong evidence of land ownership. In land registration, girik means proof of payment of tax on land, is not a proof of ownership of land rights, the certificate holder on the land will have stronger property rights. Agrarian resources or natural resources in the form of the earth's surface are called land, selair gives benefits but also creates cross-sectoral problems that have economic aspects, socio-cultural aspects, political aspects of defense and security aspects, and even legal aspects, as sources of natural wealth found on land can be understood if the land is believed to be a concrete manifestation of one of the basic capital of national development. The formulation of the problem in this community service activity is generally the level of public understanding of the land registration process and the low transfer of land rights. Achieved the least amount of land in the area of Rt.02 / 03 Pasir Gunung Selatan Village, Cimanggis Subdistrict, Depok Regency / City that has been registered or certified due to the reason. lack of understanding of the community regarding the benefits of land registration. This community service activity method was carried out by means of dialogue and discussion to the community members of the target audience. In order for lectures to work well and achieve the expected goals, data collection in the local area will be carried out to record the number of people. Furthermore, data on the number of community members from the area will be used to invite the local community to attend. The benefits of Land Registration for Land Rights Holders. The steps taken in the implementation of this service are the preparation stage, the implementation phase and the reporting stage. In this Community Service, the Servants team concluded that there were already Government Regulations related to land registration for holders of land rights which are but there are still community members who do not understand how important the benefits of registration are for holders of land rights.
