PELATIHAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN BAGI PARA PERAWAT DI RS DR. SUYOTO (RSDS) JAKARTA

Abstract


Insiden keselamatan pasien (IKP), di Indonesia cukup memprihatinkan, tercermin dari banyak insiden yang tidak diantisipasi dan tidak dilaporkan. Hasil penelitian (Sithi Desak, 2016), di RSDS menunjukkan bahwa IKP mencapai 40.4%. Adapun factor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap insiden tersebut antara lain: factor staf, factor tanggung jawab, lingkungan kerja, organisasi, pendidikan dan latihan serta factor team. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah kurangnya pemahamanan perawatakan pentingnya keselamatan pasien, sehingga kepatuhan perawat dalam mengimplementasikan sasaran keselamatan pasien menjadi kurang optimal. Dari kompleknya permasalahan mitra,solusi yang ditawarkan adalah Pelatihan keselamatan pasien kepada perawat unit rawat inap RSDS. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi beberapa pendekatan mulaidari: pre-test, pelatihan, post-test, simulasi, dan monitoring kepatuhan menerapkan standar operating prosedur tentang keselamatan pasien.Peserta pelatihan adalah perawat ruang rawat inap sebanyak 50 orang, terdiri dari perwakilan masing-masing ruangan. Hasil yang dicapai, dari hasil post-test, 90% peserta mencapai score > 80. Hal ini menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman perawatakan pentingnya keselamatan pasien. Hasil monitoring kepatuhan mencapai 97%. Hal ini menunjukkan kepatuhan perawat dalam menerapkan sasaran keselamatan pasien, sudah cukup tinggi.   Dengan demikian diharapkan resiko terjadinya  Insiden keselamatan pasien dapat di cegah.Rekomendasi lakukan monitoring mandiri  secara berkala dengan Checklis yang sudah disediakan.
