Analisis Perencanaan Kebutuhan Bahan Baku Singkong pada IKM Kelompok Wanita Pagoda Kecamatan Cibadak Lebak Banten

Lebak Regency, Banten City, is currently cultivating cassava cultivation at the appeal of the Agriculture Office and the cassava products are processed by the Pagoda Women's Group IKM into cassava crackers typical of Cibadak sub-district under the name Enye-enye. To be able to meet the increasing demand for consumers, the Pagoda Women's Group IKM is still experiencing difficulties in planning raw material requirements, to overcome this problem the Research Team wanted to know the raw material planning carried out by the Pagoda Women's Group IKM. The increasing demand for Enye-enye crackers produced by the female pagoda group (KWP) in Cigundi village, Cibadak sub-district is not accompanied by good handling of raw materials so that consumer demand often cannot be fulfilled, for that it is necessary to plan and control production and handling of raw materials. good so that the production target can be achieved and can meet consumer demand. This study uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results of the ordering of cassava raw materials are 283 kg for every 5 orders with the time between each order every 48 days of ordering. and predicting the level of sales that will occur in the future using the Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing forecasting methods, the results are the Moving Average method with a period of 3 months and the Exponential Smooting method with α = 0.3 because it has the lowest MAD value of 15 and an MSE value of 585.
