Fiji is one of many archipelagic countries that has a tropical climate in South-Pacific region, which is categorized as developing country and still needs to developed its economy to fullfil the civil prosperity. As a fellow archipelagic and topical countries, also as developing countries, Indonesia encourage to helping the development of Fiji’s Economy through the technical cooperation of seashell craft training. This study using primer and secondary data with qualitative-descriptive approach to explaining and describing the topic of this research. The research is contains about the explanation of Indonesia’s role in this technical cooperation which is the one who promote the technical training on seashell crafting to encourage Fiji’s economic development. Examine about the programs that implemented by Indonesia dan its impact from technical training on seasell crafting as the driving factor to encourage Fiji’s economic development. Finished with an analysis of Indonesia’s interest in forming the technical cooperation on seashell crafting with Fiji. About how Indonesia uses this cooperation as one of many steps to fulfill its national interests in Fiji or South-Pacific region.
