Analisis User Experience dan Redesain Website My Permata Wisata dengan Menggunakan Metode Cognitive Walkthrough
Abstract
My Permata Wisata is a company engaged in tourism by utilizing websites and mobile applications as a means to provide information about accomodations and hotels needed by users. Services offered by My Permata Wisata are open trips, private trips, and bus transportation. Because of that, we need a website analysis using the cognitive walkthrough method. In the cognitive walkthrough method, there are 4 interdependent elements, such as: 1) branding, 2) usability, 3) functionality, and 4) content. Data collection techniques used consisted of task scenarios, while each task scenario had several stages. And from this task scenario, the amount of time needed by the respondent in completing each given task scenario then will be calculated. The result of this research are recommendations to improvements and mockup design to improve the quality of My Permatas Wisata website.
