Abstrak Tujuan dibangunnya aplikasi ini untuk mendeteksi kehadiran mahasiswa dan dosen menggunakan Android dan mengimplementasikan smart campus dalam sistem absensi. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang diberi nama UnsriFAST sebagai singkatan dari Universitas Sriwijaya Face Attendance System menggunakan Rational Unified Process (RUP). Pengujian sistem yang dibangun telah berhasil melakukan proses registrasi wajah, verifikasi wajah dengan data simak.unsri.ac.id dan melakukan proses absensi untuk mahasiswa dan dosen.
