Hubungan Antara Sifilis dengan Kejadian HIV-AIDS pada Kelompok LSL

Abstract


HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) terus menjadi masalah kesehatan global yang serius, dengan
dampak signifikan terutama pada kelompok Lelaki yang berhubungan Seks dengan Lelaki (LSL).
Meskipun AIDS bukan lagi penyakit dengan angka kematian tertinggi, infeksi baru dan kematian terkait
AIDS tetap tinggi, khususnya di komunitas yang rentan seperti gay, biseksual, dan laki-laki yang
berhubungan seks dengan laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sifilis
dan peningkatan risiko terkena HIV/AIDS pada kelompok LSL. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif
observasional, menggunakan data sekunder Surveilans Terpadu Biologis dan Perilaku (STBP) yang
berasal dari Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia pada bagian Direktorat Pencegahan dan
Pengendalian Penyakit Menular (P2PM) tahun 2019 dengan desain potong lintang atau cross-sectional.
Analisis yang dilakukan berupa analisis univariat (distribusi frekuensi) bivariat (uji statistik chi-square)
dan multivariat menggunakan Regresi Logistic dengan melihat nilai p pada analisis bivariat. Pada hasil
akhir regresi logistik menunjukan bahwa LSL yang memiliki status reaktif sifilis beresiko 4,5 kali lebih
tinggi mempunyai status reaktif HIV dibandingkan dengan LSL yang tidak memiliki status reaktif sifilis.
