PELATIHAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN BAGI PARA PERAWAT DI RS DR. SUYOTO (RSDS) JAKARTA

Abstract


Insidenkeselamatanpasien (IKP), di Indonesia cukupmemprihatinkan, tercermindaribanyakinsiden yang tidakdiantisipasidantidakdilaporkan. Hasilpenelitian (SithiDesak, 2016), di RSDS menunjukkanbahwa IKP mencapai 40.4%. Adapun factor-faktor yang berkontribusiterhadapinsidentersebutantara lain: factor staf, factor tanggungjawab, lingkungankerja, organisasi, pendidikandanlatihanserta factor team. Permasalahanutamamitraadalahkurangnyapemahamananperawatakanpentingnyakeselamatanpasien, sehinggakepatuhanperawatdalammengimplementasikansasarankeselamatanpasienmenjadikurang optimal. Dari kompleknyapermasalahanmitra, solusi yang ditawarkanadalahPelatihankeselamatanpasienkepadaperawat unit rawatinap RSDS. Metode yang digunakanadalahkombinasibeberapapendekatanmulaidari: pre-test, pelatihan, post-test, simulasi, dan monitoring kepatuhanmenerapkanstandar operating prosedurtentangkeselamatanpasien. Pesertapelatihanadalahperawatruangrawatinapsebanyak 50 orang, terdiridariperwakilanmasing-masingruangan. Hasil yang dicapai, darihasil post-test, 90% pesertamencapai score > 80.

Hal inimenunjukkanmeningkatnyapemahamanperawatakanpentingnyakeselamatanpasien. Hasil monitoring kepatuhan mencapai 97%. Hal ini menunjukkan kepatuhan perawat dalam menerapkan sasaran keselamatan pasien, sudah cukup tinggi.   Dengan demikian diharapkan resiko terjadinya  Insiden keselamatan pasien dapat di cegah. Rekomendasi lakukan monitoring mandiri  secara berkala dengan Checklis yang sudah disediakan.
