PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KONI KOTA DEPOK
Abstract
This research was conducted to measure and prove whether there is an effect of compensation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The object chosen in this study is the organization KONI Depok City using a sample of 71. The technique used is probability sampling by lot. The data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 71 respondents, the data were processed using SPSS with the results obtained (1) there is a significant influence between significant compensation between significant compensation between organizational commitment and lending, and (3) there is a significant influence between compensation and organizational commitment jointly on employee performance.
